Perishable, refrigerate/freeze upon arrival.
Ingredients: Organic Cassava Flour, Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Natural Vanilla Extract (no alcohol), Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Baking Soda, Organic Pink Himalayan Salt.

Fully cooked, microwave 20 - 30 seconds or until hot OR toast on med. setting up to 10 minutes depending on desired taste & texture!
Let stand 5 min prior to eating!
