Mix makes 8-10 cupcakes or 2 - 8-inch cake pans.
Add your favorite frosting / whip topping or eat alone.
When baked cupcakes/cake counter fresh 1 week then refrigerate.
Freezes well for 3 months.
Mix is good for 6-9 months.
