Directions to make with apple sauce & water.
Very easy, versatile & shelf life is 6-9 months.
Mix makes 8- 2 oz. waffles/ pancakes.

Directions: You will need
1 bag of mix, 3/4 c applesauce (165 grams) & 3/4 c water (160 grams)
Instructions: 1. Preheat griddle or waffle maker and grease accordingly.
2. In large bowl combine mix, applesauce & water to form a batter. If batter is too think thin out with addition water.
3. Evenly scoop batter (1/4 c) onto griddle or into center of waffle maker.
4. Cook until edges are dry, turn & cook until golden for pancakes & as directed on waffle maker.
5. Remove, let cool and enjoy! Makes 8 average pancakes / waffles (2 oz. each)
